Coaching

All Prince George Figure Skating Club coaches have been certified through the National Coaching Program and abide by Skate Canada's Coaches Code of Ethics.

Private lessons with a professional coach are a very important aspect of your child’s skating development. 15-minute private coaching fees range from $7.50 to $11.00.

Please note:

  • Payment for coaching is due within 7 days of billing date.
  • It is encouraged to give 24 hours notice if you cannot attend a scheduled lesson. Skaters will be billed for competitions, tests, and music research/editing.
  • Please do not interrupt coaches while they are coaching.
  • Billing will take place either biweekly or monthly.
  • Coaches are open to answering any questions or concerns you may have regarding your child’s development. Please feel free to contact your coach at an appropriate time or make an appointment if necessary.
