Off-Ice Training
Off-ice is an important aspect of figure skating training. Please wear runners, stretchable clothing and bring a water bottle.
Beginning Tuesday October 5th
Tuesday - Off-ice rotations 6:00 - 6:15 pm
Wednesday - Juniors 4:45 - 5:30 pm Intermediate/Seniors 6:00 - 6:45 pm
Thursday - Off-ice rotations 5:15 - 5:30 pm
