Off-Ice Training
Off-ice is an important aspect of figure skating training. Please wear runners, stretchable clothing and bring a water bottle.
Tuesday - Open Off-Ice - 6:00 - 6:45 pm - Kin 2 lounge
Wednesday - Junior Academy Off-Ice - 6;45-7:00 pm - Kin 2 lounge
Thursday - 5:30-6:15 pm and 6:30-7:15 pm - Kin 2 lounge
Saturday - Junior Academy Off-Ice - 12:40-12:55 pm - Kin 3 area
